By browsing or buying from this store you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the store.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

Products and descriptions

We work hard to describe and photograph every product accurately. Screens render color differently, so slight variation between the photograph and the item you receive is normal. We reserve the right to correct errors, change product descriptions, or limit quantities at any time without prior notice.

Not medical advice

Our cosmetic and wellness products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this store is medical advice. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a health condition, speak to a qualified healthcare professional before using any supplement or new skincare product. Always patch-test a new topical product and read the full ingredient list if you have known allergies.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in GBP and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated. Prices may change at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a price was listed in error, and to refund it in full.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt; the contract forms when we ship. If we cannot fulfill an order we will tell you and refund you in full.

Shipping and returns

Delivery estimates, tracking and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and our Returns & Refunds policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this store — text, photography, graphics, the Luvdaly name and logo — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission.

User submissions

If you send us a review, photo or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use it in connection with the store. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive or misleading.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law rules.
