Get an answer in one reply
Include your order number. If something arrived damaged or incorrect, attach a photo — that alone usually saves two rounds of email and lets us ship a replacement the same day.
Before you write
- Order status: tracking is emailed within 2 business days. Delivery runs 5–20 business days after that.
- Returns: 7 days from delivery, unused and in original packaging. See the FAQ.
- Address change: write immediately — if the order has not been picked, we can still update it.
